With thanks to Phil Hall from Film Threat for the pointer towards this bizarre propaganda film from 1968. The world population is escalating out of control. Who ya gonna call? Donald Duck, apparently. This ten minute film is brimming with good intentions, casual sexism, mildly genocidal overtones and some wonderful euphemisms (my favourites being "a new kind of personal freedom" and "simple devices").
